The short version
Holoworthy doesn't show ads or sell your data. We only set analytics cookies if you say yes, and the only personal details we receive are the ones you type into the contact form.
The contact form
When you send a message, we receive your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to read your message and reply. We keep messages for up to 12 months and then delete them, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner. We never sell or share them.
Cookies and visitor statistics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site: for example which pages are popular and which websites send visitors here. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) that last up to 2 years. Google processes this data for us; we don't use it for advertising.
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you're happy with these cookies. If you click Reject, Google Analytics never loads. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. We remember your choice in your browser, without a cookie.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, its servers briefly handle technical details such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, at any time, through the contact form. If you're unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
